I see no reason to extend any credit to Kamala Harris on basis of race or any other identification. Every statement she makes should be characterized as "without evidence" in the same way the Orange Man has been reported.

I do. Joe Biden hisself made a big deal--repeatedly--about his having selected Harris because she's a woman and she's black. Actual qualification for office was so far down the list of his selection criteria as to be mere afterthought.
Biden made race and gender identification her center; she deserves full credit on that basis. Maybe not in the way intended, though.
