Clockwise from top, Snickerdoodle cookies, a spice cake, an Asiago cheese ball (not technically baked), chocolate cheesecake tarts, and a full regular cheesecake, shortbread, and fresh baked herb bread.
Quite a feast! We did Christmas dinner last night for my visiting inlaws and some neighbors, so today will be easy street with leftovers, just unwrapping presents and hanging out.
The Christmas ham was better than I feared. It was hardwood smoked, with a kind of brown sugar glaze. The turkey I roasted with an injectable beer/butter marinade, and it was also flavorful.
