Bill Barr, Bagpiper

With the full marching band backing him up it's hard to hear how good he is, but it's a fine look for an Attorney General.

Good for Barr. BTW, his playing the bagpipes probably come from his Irish-ancestry mother. And there is a drum with Irish affiliation on it. As both Scots and Irish are Celtic, an Irish band isn't "appropriating" by playing Scotland the Brave.

Robert the Bruce's brother Edward pursued claims in Ireland, and in the late 1600s to mid 1700s the Jacobites had support there. Edward's supporters' remonstrance to the Pope on the subject of their chosen king predates the Declaration of Arbroath by three years, although it was unsuccessful.
