In the lexicon of American strategic communications, 'propaganda' is defined as "enemy action to..." etc. As a result, American propaganda is impossible by definition.
Aside from that, in any relationship between me and the Furies, I'm the human; that gives me an overwhelming advantage. Just need to take care not to underestimate them, but that's the case in any relationship.
