I overheard at a local cafe that a lot of people were enjoying viewing superb owls today. I, too, am a fan of owls and thought I would share this superb owl with any other enthusiasts who might be at the hall.
I was working on a remodel up in Cashier's one day when a Great Horned Owl flew up under the covered porch and rested on a cross beam. It would turn it's head to watch me as I went in and out of the house I was working on. It was hiding from a mob of Crows that had been pestering it.
