Why do I never even hear of these things till it's too late?! Right in my neck of the woods, even. I see he also had as guest John Doe (of the L.A. punk band X). Interesting. Surprised it wasn't Dave Alvin (Blasters, X) or maybe he was there too. His kind of gig for sure.
