Totalitarian dictatorships continue to give "labor camps" a bad reputation.

There ought to be a way to offer this kind of corrective disciplinary training opportunity to only those few among a society's misfits who would really benefit from a limited time custodial participation ... okay, I'm out of buzzwords now.

Still.
We in the US have prisons and they aren't good places or fulfilling the mission well. Either. What SHOULD be done with dangerous misfits?

The British did OK with Australia. Maybe after Labour finishes ruining it, we can restore it to its original purpose.
