Easiest Prediction Ever

Just the other day, I closed a post on the National Guard by saying, "Spare a thought for those poor bastards, pardon my French. They deserve better and will receive worse before it's over."

Thousands of National Guardsmen were forced to vacate congressional grounds on Thursday and are now taking their rest breaks outside and in nearby parking garages, after two weeks of sleepless nights protecting the nation’s capital in the wake of the violent assault on Jan. 6.

One unit, which had been resting in the Dirksen Senate Office building, was abruptly told to vacate the facility on Thursday, according to one Guardsman. The group was forced to rest in a nearby parking garage without internet reception, with just one electrical outlet, and one bathroom with two stalls for 5,000 troops, the person said.

“Yesterday dozens of senators and congressmen walked down our lines taking photos, shaking our hands and thanking us for our service. Within 24 hours, they had no further use for us and banished us to the corner of a parking garage. We feel incredibly betrayed,” the Guardsman said.

Well, you have been betrayed. Loyalty is a two-way street, a reciprocal obligation if it is to be an obligation at all, and they have no loyalty to you. In fact, they don't even like you. Nor do they trust you, which is why they kept you unarmed and had the FBI scour your lives to see what they could dig up. Now they want you out of the way, and if that means you have to sleep in a cold garage in January until your superiors can dispose of you properly, that's really your problem and not theirs.

UPDATE: Satire from the Bee; but it does look as if the popular backlash has caused the Congress to retreat on forcing the soldiers to sleep in the cold. One Donald J. Trump, a retiring private citizen in Florida, offered the use of his DC hotel.

UPDATE: Another easy prediction: hundreds of National Guard now test positive for COVID after being thrown into tight quarters with people from other states.

In Romania it was finally the Army that had had enough. The Secret Police fought to the bitter end to support the power structure.

At this point maybe all it would take is somebody rolling up with a couple truck loads of coffee, donuts and ammo.

T red refused to pull the trigger. This all on him and the alliance, for good or ill.

This is like when the Cabal is nearing check mate, and then they decide to exchange material in a "we all die" trade, removing the check mating pieces by trading it for lesser or equal material. Exchanging queens or castles, for example, to remove the checkmate in x moves, prolonging the game to x+20 moves, in which pawns/knights/kings must be used to check mate.

There is a higher chance of stalemate without the queen and castles.

T Red decided not to do the exchange, evaded it, and as a result lost one of the best opportunities for this staged j20th event.

They did so knowing that this was not their last chance, just a very dramatic one where they could get everyone in one fell swoop.

This is what happens when people start feeling too overtly positive. They started leaking too much intel and the enemy penetrated through the OPSEC. I mean, it was pretty obvious even to me about J20th.

I brought this exact point up to you a long time ago, back when you believed the Republic was doing fine, and I was declaring that Cw2 was inevitable and that the System was basically Treason incorporated.

“Just heard that our troops will be moved back inside tonight,” Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) announced on Twitter. “We owe our National Guard and law enforcement officials a debt of gratitude that we can never truly repay. They’ve put everything on the line to protect us. I’m glad to hear they’ll be back indoors tonight.”

Ymar, with all due respect please refrain from discussing these theories here in the Hall. They are never on topic here; and you have your own blog where you can discuss them at will.

During an apocalyptic year, apocalyptic talk might have seemed more appropriate. Now you would be wise to read Boethius rather than converse with spirits, divine or diabolic as the case may be. In any case, if you must talk with them, do it elsewhere; while you are here, please do not convey the substance of these conversations.

I have no idea what theories you are talking about. It may have been a theory a year ago that there would be heavy weapons deployed in a us city aamnd a fallujah like deployment but you are talking about dc being occupied by several divisions of ng. Including the marines and 2k regular armed forces.

But you do you and i will do me, that has always been true and will remain so at this rate.

I have to note that the number of subjects you dont want to hear here is increasing at rates linear to soc media.

You're welcome to 'do you,' just do that part of you somewhere else.

It is true that my patience is wearing out with a lot of things. But the world is wide; I'm sure there are plenty of places where greater patience can be discovered with a little searching.

It's my place, son. I get to say what's on topic. I'm not in the mood to argue about it. As you pointed out yourself, I've run out of patience.
