I liked 3, 5, and 20. 12 is good, but I had to cheat and look it up.
I will admit that #11 stumps me.
Plumber = "Unionized," having the character of organized labor.Chemist = "Un-ionized," having (usually) to do with the status of electrons.
Doh! I shoulda realized!
Too many are just stretchy puns. Some are truly inspired, however.
