Cannot wait until they are forced to throw 1st Circuit under the bus--or off the Earth--for their ruling that Trump MUST SEND the money....We note they were cute about their arrogation of Article TWO powers; they didn't tell Trump where that money should come from.But I have an idea: close the 1st Circuit entirely.
