I find Silverstein wrote DIRTY Dan and NASTY Nan but Not "Nasty Dan" This seems to be a Cash original lyric.
Now that my kids are in their 20s I miss the Muppets songs The lyrics and parody songs compiled on the "best of" VHS tapes were more entertaining, once upon a time, than much of what I heard on the radio.

No, I don't think I was aware of that one, either. Clearly, I should ask more about odd songs Johnny Cash might have sung.
