Yeah. Musk would do better, given the UN's actual, detailed plan for spending the money to end world hunger--or the stuff the UN then deflected into--would be to spend the money himself according to that plan, bypassing the UN altogether.
But, of course, the UN has no plan for spending the money on anything but their own...officials.
