Where do we go to vote against the Commissar of Undesirable Businesses, if we decide we disagree with his or her judgments… once we penetrate the veil of secrecy and discover those judgments have been rendered?Another of the right questions, then: "So what?" Is there any mechanism of accountability or consequence?
No one’s even pretending DOJ had anything resembling the authority to do this.
Well, there's an election in several months, and another one in two years. If you win both of them, you could move to impeach the President right after his term will already be over.

That's assuming the term is extended until life and that the post isn't the Last Presidency of the United States, after it becomes Disunited.
