I guess I don't know how to put a picture in a comment, but if you Google "Putin Hat" you'll see a fine example of him wearing a Cossack-looking hat with a high-collared greatcoat.
I don't think you can put pictures in comments in Blogger. We used to be able to do that with one of the earlier comment systems we used (the one that absorbed Haloscan), and I really liked it. Pity: it was a great feature.
