Ted Cruz recently asked, "Anyone know if President Obama intends to perform background checks on the Syrian rebels before providing them weapons?"
I wonder if there's a way to trace the weapons after we turn them loose in Syria? Some kind of i.d. we could check if we later find them at the scene of a crime.

I understand they have a very experienced staff from our Mexico operations who knows just how the President likes this kind of thing handled.
When the helicopters full of SF get blown up, I'm sure the pieces can tell where the weapons came from.
The Left has plenty of operators that can do similar things. Even without Obama's regime, they will not run out of manpower. Unlike their Islamic Jihad allies, they don't detonate their best operatives. Even if some people like Ayers tried their best to blow themselves up with their own bombs.
