Sophistry, I

Dad29 sent me this lecture by a Catholic Priest, Fr. Chad Ripperger, on the use of sophistry in political argument. The good father rather quickly identifies his opponents as Communists, rather than Sophists, and to some degree is speaking more about the current issues with rhetoric than he is about the ancients. Still, that's of more obvious use to most of you, and it gives me an opportunity to talk about Sophists and sophistry for a few days, so I'm going to do a short commentary series on it.
