Mimetic Justice


This is one of those cases where everyone knows they're lying, and they know we know, but they persist. At least it's opening a few eyes to how much one cannot trust the government. 

UPDATE: Team Trump is catching semi-friendly fire over the US Steel deal too.

Yeah, they got way out over their skis on this thing. I think Ace's take is probably most likely. Epstein's whole operation was based on winks and nods. There was never any real documentation (beyond the passenger lists, and even those might not be what they appear) because it was all based on what the marks *thought* Epstein would be able to insinuate or reveal after the naïve assumption it was secret had worn off. Bondi et all probably thought they could come up with some concrete linkages but Epstein (or his handlers) knew that imagination is more potent, and a lot less incriminating, than any physical document or photo.
