I thought I'd give posting a video a go, using Brave [Version 1.18.75 Chromium: 87.0.4280.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)] and on an old Dell laptop (2014 Inspiron 15) just to see if it works, as a test against Grim's attempts.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's just my laptop. It's somehow got a bad piece of code or an error that I can't find and clear, and it's causing Blogger to die when I try to swap around to the HTML editor. If you don't manage to re-create whatever corrupt code it is, I don't know how you'd re-create the error.
