The winter solstice is today. That guy, the motorcycle-club leader cum Druid, to whom the movie sword Excalibur was freely given because he had changed his legal name to Arthur Pendragon, he’s still around.

I got curious as to the whereabouts of the Excalibur movie sword, and his wiki page says he bought it from a shop that claimed it was the movie prop, I guess no one has verified this. In 1994, a good judge allowed him to come to court in his robes and bearing his sword. I also came across a story that it had been taken from him in 1997 when he was arrested at a dock strike. I've not been able to determine if he ever got it back! It's tough to search for stories about a guy named Arthur Pendragon!
