The one thing that isn’t fake in this town is the beautiful Mojave sky. This was taken by the roller coaster in the same casino with the bar mentioned below.
Yes, the desert is a special place. This is a great time of year to be there. If you get a chance to drive out a little, I bet there are spots to see the desert in bloom like it hasn't been in years, given the rain we've been having lately.
