Like David Allan Coe, I’ve won every fight I’ve ever fought. On the other hand, there has not been a vast number of fights; wisdom and valor are related, which I suppose is the point of the song.
I'm guessing you don't go around looking for foolish fights, like the poor sap this funny song is about, whose friend has just about had it with him.
