That's at the Shining Rock wilderness in the Pisgah National Forest by Deep Gap and close to Cold Mtn. I looked it up because I recall seeing that view many times quite a few years ago. Just needed to jog my memory.
According to a press release from Hades, the Devil is moving his fiddle contest out of Georgia and is encouraging other imps, efrits, and infernal spirits to boycott the state as well.

Again, close! That’s the Middle Prong wilderness, but it is contiguous with the Shining Rock that it borders at NC 215.
