Strzok had a big mouth

Well, metaphorically. He was way too explicit in his notes and texts, and inexplicably careless about destroying them. He must have felt completely invulnerable.

He gave that impression in his testimony before Congress.

Keep in mind that it might not be Strzok even though various people are claiming it is. Andrew McCarthy points out there's not been an indication that he was at the 5 Jan 2017 meeting on Flynn, and certainly wasn't part of 'after meeting' of Obama, Yates, Comey, Biden, and Rice which Rice memorialized in her 'by the book' e-mail, that the notes seem to refer to. It could still be Strzok's notes on a subsequent brief by somebody (Comey?) who was at the meeting, however.

As Mr B alludes, the problem here isn't Strzok, per se. I claim that the problem is the existence of the action and Biden's active participation in it.

Biden enjoys primacy over Obama because Biden is the Progressive-Democratic Party's President nominee--he's the one who would be King.

Overlaying this monstrosity is another pending disaster for republican democracy: the active complicity of the NLMSM. That guild is acting less and less like a Fourth Estate and more and more like a fifth column.

If he was one of the foremost counterintel people in the FBI, we're screwed. He did everything wrong from that perspective.

Been that way since at least Sherman's days.
