We in the USAF used to use (I'll clean it up a smidge), "caprine fornication" to describe a furball gone bad, whether in the sky or on base.
Or a Weapons Controller's botching of an airborne furball.

The linked article surprised me when the author chose not to discuss "Circle Jerks".
In polite company the clusterfuck is referenced as a flustercluck, ostensibly a flock of confused and enraged chickens.
As I read the description of 'clusterfuck,' it became clear that the author was describing the recent House action vis-a-vis the President.
