Wish I could say "Don't mess with Texas," but it looks more like a minor bit of road rage to me. The robber came from too far back for the victim car's occupants to have a plausible idea of the robber being anything other than a driving idiot. Their behavior as they confronted the robber also is consistent with road rage and angrified detainment as the robber tried to flee the accident on foot.

So this bank robber guy wasn't even armed? That's gutsy in a bank robber, but he'll need to learn better vehicular-evasion moves.
