Capitol Police Appear to Have Given Permission to Buffalo-Hat

In this newly released video, police clearly negotiate terms for a peaceful entry and protest with a group including the infamous "shaman."

That's going to be a problem for the prosecution.

UPDATE: The defense, however, is its own problem.
