This Oregon sheriff revolted, anyway, and I'm pretty sure my own Sheriff never had the least intention of arresting anyone for a social-distancing violation.
Given the way Federal funds were "distributed" by the Governor-ette of Oregon, (ALL to Portland SMSA), the Sheriff has a case besides the Constitution.

He should defy the order. Probably a lot more counties like this across the country should.
