Begging bureaucrats for beds

I'm pleased to see that Texas doesn't have a "certificate of need" program.  Let's make the bureaucrats seek a public referendum to get a certificate of need for a CON program.

A lot of things need to change.  November is coming.

Not sure this is 100% the case, but it might be for COVID-19 issues. I know that there is a need for a "Certificate of Medical Necessity" in order to procure durable medical equipment. Not sure if this extends into hospital-type medical treatment.

Without the medical equipment, hospital-type medical treatment is, at best, severely restricted.
