I'd say "a queen" (*rimshot*) but really that's not good enough for royal protocol. Maybe for a while they can make do with "His or Her Royal Highness, the Prince or Princess of Such-and-So."
Of course there's various legends and rumors that the Royal Family had invested into the occult some generations which is why the Queen Eliz II is said to be outwardly without power or influence, but privately she has quite the assets and levers.
Then there's the talk about Diane dying because she saw some shapeshifting lizards at the royal gatherings.
Lots of people have tried this, including me, and it just all depends on how far you push it.
What I found out is that my perceptions could be changed, with nothing but a change of clothing on the baby. That is, when I dressed my sturdy little boy baby in something with a little lace that my sister-in-law had picked up for somebody else, he turned into a delicate little girl. Of course, it didn't change him at all.
I used to let my oldest play in my lap with a specific set of eye shadow while I put on my makeup, and he would make purple stripes on his cheeks. As an adult, he's been known to wear a flattop, a mohawk, and celebratory colors from time to time, but he's not remotely feminized.
Given their pick of toys, the boys played boy games with them. When she visited, the rough, boisterous girl down the street always wanted to play girl games. Her idea of Pokemon had to do with something like playing house. The boys could be prevailed into accommodating her for very short periods of time, and then they would go back to playing their own games.
If the royals are dumb enough to push their kids into lifelong drug treatments and damaging cosmetic surgery, then shame on them.

Alas, Poor Harry. I genuinely feel sorry for him.
Stereotypes of fabulously wealthy royalty, however, are still going to be in play for this child.
If he can be as masculine as Elizabeth I, that will be fine.
The only possible good to come from Markle's existence is that her stupidity may be the catalyst that ends the institution of monarchy in England.

"He"? Xir Royal Highness, you mean.
The Royal Gender Bender.
It's not just a Rex or Space Quest joke any more.
