Well, here's part of the problem: assures you your own US-made Humvee and a few thousand bullets to shoot at US soldiers across the border in Iraq.
Zero Hedge misunderstands: the gentleman wouldn't be shooting as US soldiers; he'd be politely and expeditiously returning the ammunition that's proved excess to his needs.
