On the subject of Celtic bagpipe music, here is some from the Spanish province of Galicia: Susana Seivane - Gaitera Celta. Like its Celtic counterparts in Wales, Scotland, and Ireland, many Galicians emigrated to the New World, among them Fidel Castro's father. Francisco Franco was also a Galician/Gallego. Galicia- home of caudillos?

Galicia and parts of northern Portugal and Spain are indeed also linked to Celtic culture. The only reason they don't qualify as one of the Seven Celtic Nations is that they no longer speak a Celtic language. But few do, these days -- I know only a few words of Gaelic, for example, and little of Cymric except names.
