Traitors!

The NY Daily News goes all-out.

Do these people think Americans owe a personal duty of loyalty to the President? That Congress is not a co-equal branch of government structurally designed to counterbalance the Executive, but rather a subordinate branch of government?

No wonder Congress so rarely tells the truth. First honest thing they've said in months, and look how people react.

Heh. The background for this article supports a headline at Reddit, which claims that the Iranians "school" Republican Congressmen.

And the kiddies buy this nonsense.

They don't remember John F'n Kerry "negotiating" with the North Vietnamese, or Nancy Pelosi's antics in the Middle East.

There are convenient lacunae in their information.

The Liberals and their Democrats are projecting, again.

Cotton keeps his eye on the ball:

'Cotton fired back at the critics on MSNBC’s Morning Joe Tuesday, seemingly unfazed. “This is about stopping Iran from getting a nuclear weapon,” he said. “And Iran’s leaders need to understand that any deal that gives them a path to a bomb today, tomorrow, ten years, fifteen years from now, will not be accepted by the United States Congress.”'

I appreciate his not getting sidetracked into nonsense about treason.

Perhaps it's getting sidetracked, but on the other hand, it seems like a kind of important point to me. There's a question as to whether Snowden is a traitor; as far as I'm concerned, there's no question that Manning is one. Not, though, because they opposed the President's agenda -- which the Senators are even doing through the exercise lawful and constitutional powers.
