I thought prisoners in US Federal facilities were, but apparently not.

Unless he was going to roll, or someone with a better offer thought he was.I've never heard anything about pedophiles having the honor of their word, and I'm sure I'm not alone in that hearing.And that discounts the unreliability of his access to his assets and so ability to make the payoffs.Eric Hines
