It's an outrage. If the S. Ct. won't step in, what are they supposed to do about their failure to get voters to elect legislators who will enact the policies they favor?
How sad that the Supreme Court might limit itself to our Constitution; how despicable that the Supreme Court might expect Congress to limit itself to our Constitution.
