Gwynneth Paltrow explains how the lack of a routine in her life made it unusually hard to hold her marriage together.

  4. An interesting juxtaposition:

    "It would be wonderful if we were able to give this man all of the power that he needs to pass the things that he needs to pass[.]"

    Then turning over the microphone, she said, "you’re so handsome that I can’t speak properly."

    I agree with that.

    As to the lack of routine and marital trouble, color me unsympathetic. My wife and I lived apart, due to our USAF assignments, five of the first ten years of our marriage. We're still together, these 98 years later. Oddly, that bit of unroutine helped us learn how to communicate.
