If that's not over a deep bed of pine needles or some really soft ground, I don't know how you could sleep well on that! You are a little younger than me though... Maybe I've just forgotten what it's like anymore to not have back issues. Looks like a fantastic trip. It's a real gift to have some interest that you can share so closely with your child.

ReplyDeleteThe tent was set up on clover, so it wasn’t stone underneath. But I was surprised by how well I slept. I expected it to be worse than it proved to be.
