Guilty Flee When None Pursue

Canada's version of USAID has just deleted "its entire public database of foreign aid spending." 

They don't even have a DOGE in Canada.

  1. That would be extremely interesting if the story proves true. It would hint at a second layer of laundering.

  4. It's extremely slow to connect, at least through Spectrum; patience is needed. Or, maybe the server farm is getting overloaded by the sudden desire to see what's what.

    The data flow readily enough, though, once the connection is established.
