XVIII Airborne Corps apparently owns this rather than the other commands there. That means a three-star general who wants to be a four-star. I’d guess there won’t be any real punishment.
The chief enemy of any people is its own military. Always, the main job of any military is to control its own population. Remember what MacArthur did to the WW I vets.
Lot of these kids being trained to shoot their parents, then?
