Let’s try something different. Most of you probably have enough ground to dig a hole in. If not, you can substitute an oven. 


Let’s do this Friday, and compare notes. That’s plenty of time to shop and make preparations.

    After cooking, smoking and grilling 10 lbs of beef ribs for the recent post-matrimonial feast of the VES, I think I will abstain. Afterall, I still have leftovers in the freezer. But those look good, and I will look forward to seeing what everybody else has done.
