Bison Born in Wanuskewin

In Saskatchewan, Canada, a bison has been born on Wanuskewin land for the first time since 1876. More are expect to follow as part of a reintroduction program.

    That's wonderful. I'm surprised they waited so long to start a reintroduction program.

    This is pretty silly though- "Because of restrictions in place around COVID-19, Wanuskewin is closed to the public."

    It's an outdoor park for pete's sake.
