Reading the report, and the lines between, it sounds like the feds found the most sjw judge they could, and failed. And now they are deciding whether or not to try the defendants a THIRD time? Does it strike anyone that the law on double jeopardy was made specifically to eliminate this sort of prosecution? Meanwhile the others not brought to trial yet have spent a year in prison. This is exactly what "the process is the punishment" looks like.
