Who Armed ISIS?

Obama and Clinton, says Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard. She's an Iraq War vet, by the way.

This was a known hazard of intervening in Syria, just as it was in Iraq. When we ship arms into a country, some of it shows up on the black market, as well as other interesting places.

My assumption, of course, is that we did not intentionally arm the Daesh.

However, I do have to wonder why Hillary pivoted away from supporting Assad. As best I can tell, his actions were a whole lot closer to those of the King of Jordan than Saddam Hussein, and yet the US government seemed to pounce on some very murky stories about some war crimes, almost as if they were looking for an excuse rather than trying to determine some facts.

  2. There has been a longstanding assumption that the Benghazi mission was about recapturing weapons from the Libyan adventure, for the purpose of shipping them to new proxies in the Syrian adventure. There's some evidence for the proposition: Gabbard isn't the first member of Congress to hit upon the idea. Rand Paul was on about it last year too.

Democrats are responsible for a lot of wars and arming up rebels or assassinating US allies like Diem.

Won't surprise me if Trum's Democrat ties will get them to star some wars too. Now that he is a Republican, he will have to clean it up like Nixon did however.
