    Andrew Jackson used to fight duels when he was losing a legal argument. The combination of "lawyer" with "duelist" was interesting, much like Doc Holliday's combination of gunfighter, gambler, and dentist.

    In Scandinavia, they use the word "texas" to mean crazy. I now begin to see why.
