The Buzzfeed videos where people eat foods from the other side of the world are funny. Even funnier are the videos where people eat commercial versions of the food they have made their whole lives. Here are some soft-spoken women who do their best to hide their disappointment with the food.

Only thing I have a problem with is "Americans Try", as if to imply only non-Americans normally eat it.
They should really call that one "Yankees try Southern food." :) I think those are actually Buzzfeed employees out of NYC.
ReplyDeleteAnother of the "Yankees try Southern stuff" videos (which may even have one of the same guys, I'm not quite sure) is this one about trying moonshine for the first time. I find that hilarious.

They get over the "illusion of clean hands" as you've once put it. And I think it's a good thing.
Hey, just because I said they were Yankees doesn't mean I don't feel kindly toward them. I have nothing at all against Yankees who stay in New York. :)
