I think of him giving fashion advice to the troops in "Good Morning, Vietnam!"--"Stop wearing camouflage. If you're going to fight, clash! You go out in the jungle in those camos, and I can't see you out there!"
My other favorite movie of his (besides Dead Poets Society) is The Birdcage.I don't imagine it was easy for him to play second banana - pun fully intended - to Nathan Lane, but he was just so good in it.
