has some kind words for a Republican governor and a Democratic mayor, who pulled it together pretty well for this ice and snow storm. It helped that we had the 'dry run' just a bit earlier, however, to help them work out the kinks.

ReplyDeleteWell, that's what Winter REFORGERs are for. Even if we do have to bring the exercises home to get any good out of them.
