The Executive branch has graciously granted Congress a waiver from Obamacare. There was some real concern there that the people who passed this law might have to abide by it.
Or, as the first comment says, "Whew! You don't know what a relief it is, knowing our rulers won't have to pay some of their own personal expenses."
Personally, I would have put them all into Medicaid. If it's good enough for poor people, it's good enough for everyone.
ReplyDeleteApparently some members of Congress actually read some of the bill.
ReplyDeletePity they hadn't read it before they voted on it.
Another Executive Order waiver this week: of the Congressional ban that would have prevented the $500MM we're now sending to the Palestinian Authority, in the name of "national security."
ReplyDeleteBut for all I know, that one may actually be legal.
I'm not sure even God still knows whether these waivers are legal. It's a tangled web.
