I would imagine Sleipnir was more like a Norwegian fjord horse or an Icelandic pony. But who knows what breeding stock the giants had access to?
Yeah, I thought Andalusian was a strange choice; but as you say, if one parent is a giant's stallion and the other parent is a god who turned himself into a mare, who knows what you'd get?
Off hand I'd say you get a heck of a feed bill and quite a lot of odd looks when you stop by the farrier's to order new shoes.LittleRed1
