A packed season for Constitutional issues

This is an excellent list of the dozens of cases stacked up in front of the Supreme Court at present. Not an analysis of the issues and prospects, just a handy summary of the general topic.

    Cannot wait until they are forced to throw 1st Circuit under the bus--or off the Earth--for their ruling that Trump MUST SEND the money....

    We note they were cute about their arrogation of Article TWO powers; they didn't tell Trump where that money should come from.

    But I have an idea: close the 1st Circuit entirely.

    13 is an unlucky number

    If they get rid of the first circuit court, then there will only be 12 of them left

    Plus, the first circuit court has a few judges

    Good idea to get rid of this court
