I suppose that's not really a concern for the brave Urban Toughs, however, since they usually prey on women and people who are sheep/alone.

It is not knives that require much more training and practice. It is only specific techniques, such as using the cutting edge to sever specific targets like the jugular or other primary systems on the human body, that requires exacting specifications. Techniques that do not rely on overly complicated dexterity, such as gross motor powered stabs, are much easier to use.

For a person to use a combat or Bow style knife to cut off a person's arm, requires skill and a lot of strength conditioning. For a person to use a 4 foot high carbon tempered blade to do the same, requires far less exacting specifications. Gravity and weight, edge hardness and alignment, does most of the work in and of itself. Whereas a person that can't even hold the knife tightly, will just lose it as they try to cut something else.Ymar Sakarnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5173950.post-88019506416221429782016-02-19T08:50:27.943-05:002016-02-19T08:50:27.943-05:00More laws to give the State more power. If that's so, may I make the suggestion that it's no longer possible for even a citizen who has read the law, but is not a trained lawyer, to know whether or not they are abiding by the law.douglashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03241790925053112959noreply@blogger.com
